Entry Level Sales Assistant

Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is excited to present an opportunity for an Entry Level Sales Assistant. Responsibilities

• Support technical sales initiatives across various industrial markets.
• Assist with designing and developing equipment-related project solutions.
• Prepare presentations and proposals for engineering firms and customers.
• Participate in sales and marketing activities.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Collaborate with internal support teams and product specialists.
• Utilize Excel and other Microsoft Office applications to analyze data and create reports.
• Learn the company's product lines, applications, and industry solutions.
• Travel with senior sales leadership for customer visits and training opportunities.

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor's Degree in:
  • Civil Engineering
  • Environmental Engineering
  • Chemical Engineering
  • Mechanical Engineering
• Recent graduate or graduate within the past few years.
• Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Residence in the Tampa Bay area.
• Ability and willingness to relocate within Central or East Florida in the future.
