About the Role:
Veritas Environmental Services LLC is looking for a dependable and hardworking Environmental Services Janitor to join our team in Asheboro, NC. This is a great opportunity to be part of a professional cleaning and facility maintenance team with a consistent afternoon shift from 11am to 6pm. Responsibilities:

• Perform daily janitorial and custodial duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and common areas to maintain hygiene standards
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in accordance with facility protocols
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper as needed
• Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces using appropriate cleaning solutions
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisors promptly
• Follow all environmental services and safety guidelines, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals

Requirements:

• Previous janitorial, custodial, or environmental services experience preferred
• Ability to work the scheduled shift of 11am to 6pm reliably
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and quality
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Must be able to pass a background check if required
