The Equipment Sales Specialist maintains the stability and performance of the company's tools, equipment, and machinery to ensure customer success.

You will:

• Report your weekly schedule to your Regional Manager
• Participate in quarterly sales meetings
• Maintain contact with large prioritized end users as a resource
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge about company equipment offering and market trends
• Lead equipment demonstrations for clients and Sales Consultants
• Document all activity in Pipeline report to Regional manager
• Build positive, long-term relationships with clients and salesforce to understand their needs
• Act as primary contact for customer queries and concerns in reference to correct equipment
• Maintain a database of current and potential customer account information
• Assist the Sales/Regional Manager in developing the project plans, budgets, and schedules
• Effectively manage and grow sales in your territory
• Work with the sales team to process customer orders on time

• An associate degree or equivalent experience required
• Fluency in Spanish and English (Bilingual preferred)
• 2+ years of technical maintenance experience
• Basic understanding of, or ability to quickly learn, our equipment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel
