Why Escrow Innovations? • Sign-On Bonus for the right candidate • Bring your business—we'll provide the tools, tech, and team • Work with a supportive leadership team that invests in your success • Two thriving offices in the Inland Empire with modern systems and an experienced team • Growth-oriented culture focused on client satisfaction and operational excellence Responsibilities: • Manage your own escrow desk from open to close (Traditional Sales, Refis, and more) • Lead and support your escrow unit (Assistants, Jr. Officers, Processors) • Deliver five-star service to agents, clients, and lenders • Oversee, audit, and guide file processing to ensure accuracy and compliance • Problem-solve, delegate, and push files to closing on time, every time • Build raving fans with each smooth, professional closing Qualifications: • A proven, verifiable Book of Business (agents, brokers, lenders) • Minimum 3 years of experience running your own desk as an Escrow Officer • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a high-volume pipeline • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Leadership qualities to inspire and guide your team • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and escrow software • Must pass DFPI and DOJ background checks Compensation: $75,000 - $80,000 yearly + GENEROUS Commission Structure
