Engelberth Construction is seeking an Estimator to support commercial construction projects throughout Vermont and New Hampshire
The role of an Estimator is responsible for determining the projected costs of a construction project before work begins. Their primary role is to analyze project plans, specifications, and other documentation to prepare detailed cost estimates that guide budgeting and bidding decisions.

Skills - Education - Experience
Bachelor's Degree (completed or in progress) in:
Construction Management
Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Structural)
Architecture
Business Administration
Or related field
A minimum of 3 years of estimating background with experience leading a team of estimators in cost, scheduling, design review, bidding strategies, and risk management efforts.
Overall, the role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, knowledge of construction methods, and the ability to interpret technical documents accurately.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, digital take-off and estimating software

Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range: $85,000 - $125,000 annually
This position is eligible for additional compensation through Engelberth Construction's bonus programs and comprehensive benefits package. Reimbursements:
