Event Assistant

We have an immediate need for an organized, dependable individual to help prepare, support, and wrap up live marketing events.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who enjoy hands-on work, teamwork, and seeing an event come together. Training will be provided for company-specific procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setting up event tables, displays, signage, and promotional materials.
• Organize supplies and check event materials against instructions.
• Help maintain clean, safe, and orderly event spaces.
• Support the event team during live activations.
• Assist with packing and storing materials after events.
• Communicate supply or setup issues to the appropriate supervisor.
• Follow venue requirements and workplace safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable with active, on-site work.
• Able to work collaboratively.
• Willing to follow setup instructions and safety procedures.
• Able to meet any physical requirements disclosed for the role, with reasonable accommodations as applicable.
• Available for the stated schedule and any required travel.

Previous event experience is not required.
