Event Assistant

We#39;re looking for enthusiastic, dependable, and motivated individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Event Assistants!

In this role, you#39;ll help support live events, promotional campaigns, brand awareness initiatives, and customer engagement activities. You#39;ll work alongside experienced team members, receive hands-on training, and develop transferable skills in communication, marketing, customer relations, and teamwork.

What You#39;ll Do

As an Event Assistant, you#39;ll help bring promotional events and marketing campaigns to life while creating positive experiences for customers and event attendees.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with the setup and execution of promotional events.
• Supporting marketing campaigns, product promotions, and brand awareness activities.
• Greeting attendees, answering questions, and providing information about featured products, services, or campaigns.
• Representing client brands in a friendly and professional manner.
• Helping maintain organized, engaging, and welcoming event spaces.
• Working with team members to achieve event goals and deliver positive customer experiences.
• Developing customer engagement, communication, and promotional marketing skills.
• Gathering customer feedback and sharing insights to help improve future marketing activities.
• Taking on additional responsibilities as you develop your skills and experience.
