Start Club is looking for an energetic, personable, and organized Events Assistant to support the planning and execution of our events while creating an exceptional experience for attendees, partners, and guests.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable engaging with guests, building relationships, introducing people to our services and opportunities, and helping turn event interactions into meaningful connections.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the planning, preparation, and execution of events, activations, and promotional experiences.
• Represent Start Club professionally and enthusiastically at events and in the community.
• Welcome and engage with attendees, creating a positive and memorable guest experience.
• Communicate with attendees to understand their interests, answer questions, and introduce them to relevant Start Club offerings.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, partners, and event attendees.
• Help generate interest and excitement around Start Club's services, programs, and events.
• Support event registration, check-in, outreach, follow-up, and attendee communication.
• Identify opportunities to expand engagement and encourage attendees to take the next step with Start Club.
• Assist with promotional campaigns, community outreach, and brand awareness initiatives.
• Work closely with the Events and Marketing teams to meet event participation and engagement goals.
• Collect attendee feedback and provide insights to help improve future events.
• Help coordinate event materials, supplies, vendors, and on-site logistics.
• Maintain a professional, upbeat, and solution-oriented presence throughout each event.
