Leadership Liaison: Act as the bridge between the CEO and the Leadership Team, following up on assigned tasks and ensuring they have what they need to succeed.
Advanced Calendar & Time Architecture
Calendar Mastery: Proactively manage the CEOs calendar and commitments, ensuring his time is spent on high-leverage priorities.
Transition Buffer: Protect the CEOs energy by building in transition time between meetings to allow for mental shifts.
Meeting Logistics: Schedule all requested meetings, provide proactive reminders, and coordinate with the COOs assistant for company events or team meals.
High-Level Communication & Documentation
Executive Representation: Communicate professionally with clients, suppliers, vendors, and banking contacts on behalf of the CEO.
Content & Reporting: Draft and edit written content, prepare appropriate reports, and manage executive correspondence.
Meeting Intelligence: Attend key meetings with or on behalf of the CEO, lead them when necessary, and distill notes into company-wide communications when appropriate.
Skills & Qualifications
The Essentials

Required Soft Skills
Exceptional Organization & Time Management: Ability to bring order to chaos in a fast-paced environment.
Superior Communication: High-level verbal and written skills for both internal and external stakeholders.
