Executive Assistant
The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to multiple senior leaders (approximately four executives). This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who exercises sound judgment, maintains confidentiality, and operates with a strong sense of urgency and professionalism. The Executive Assistant serves as a trusted partner, managing priorities, facilitating communication, and driving execution across a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Critical Skills & Experience Requirements
- 5+ years of experience supporting multiple senior executives (VP-level or above preferred), ideally in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
- High School Diploma (Required) College Degree preferred.
- Expert level written and verbal communication, time management and organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
- Highly proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, Slack).
- Experience in a high-growth or complex, matrixed organization.
- Demonstrated proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability.
- Maintain a flexible, helpful, can-do attitude with energy and enthusiasm.
- A high level of self-awareness, integrity, emotional maturity and diplomacy are a must.
- Familiarity with travel, expense management systems (e.g., Concur).
- Must be able to work onsite at Dallas Office 5 days per week.
