    Description

    An Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to senior executives (e.g., CEO, CFO, directors). The role goes beyond basic admin tasks and often involves strategic coordination, confidentiality, and decision support.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Executive Support

    • Manage executive calendars, appointments, and priorities
    • Screen calls, emails, and correspondence
    • Prepare briefings, reports, and presentations for meetings

    2. Calendar & Travel Management

    • Coordinate complex schedules across multiple stakeholders
    • Arrange travel, accommodations, and itineraries
    • Handle last-minute changes and logistics

    3. Communication & Liaison

    • Act as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders
    • Draft emails, memos, and communications on behalf of executives
    • Maintain professional relationships with clients, partners, and staff

    4. Meeting & Event Coordination

    • Organize executive meetings (agenda preparation, note-taking, follow-ups)
    • Track action items and ensure completion
    • Assist in planning corporate events or board meetings

    5. Project & Task Management

    • Support special projects and strategic initiatives
    • Conduct research and compile data for decision-making
    • Monitor deadlines and ensure timely execution of tasks

    6. Confidentiality & Discretion

    • Handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality
    • Manage confidential documents and communications
    • Exercise sound judgment in decision-making

    7. Office & Operational Support

    • Oversee administrative processes and improve efficiency
    • Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations
    • Use tools like Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Google Workspace
