We're looking for a professional, proactive, and highly organized Executive Assistant to become the right hand to the owner and a key player on our growing team. This is a versatile, on-your-feet role that blends classic administrative support with hands-on office and event coordination. One hour you might be managing a calendar and answering phones; the next you're setting up tables and décor for an event or checking in a delivery. Responsibilities: Executive & Administrative Support • Provide day-to-day administrative support to our co-owner, keeping her organized and a step ahead • Manage calendars, itineraries, and travel arrangements • Answer and route phone calls professionally and take clear messages • Maintain and organize the office filing system and key documents • Handle general correspondence and administrative tasks as they come up Events & Inventory • Pull, arrange, and set up décor, tables, chairs, and other inventory for events • Break down and reset spaces after events • Track and maintain inventory, keeping accurate counts and flagging what needs restocking • Inventory management and laundry pick-up/drop-off. Office & Facilities Coordination • Check and maintain common areas, restrooms, break rooms, and shared spaces to keep them clean and presentable • Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages • Receive and log all deliveries • Monitor security cameras and grant building access to visitors, vendors, and guests What We're Looking For • Strong organizational skills and sharp attention to detail • A proactive, take-initiative attitude — you spot what needs doing before you're asked • Professional communication skills, both on the phone and in person • Comfort juggling administrative work alongside hands-on, physical tasks • Reliability, discretion, and good judgment • Ability to lift and move event equipment such as tables and chairs • Prior experience as an assistant, in office administration, or in a coordinator/operations role is a plus • Proficiency with basic office software (email, calendars, documents) Qualifications: • Must be comfortable using Microsoft Office • Impeccable time management skills, organizational skills, interpersonal skills, and communication skills • Possess a high school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent • 2+ years performing supportive duties in a personal assistant or executive assistant role, or similar • Comfortable meeting deadlines and handling confidential information Compensation: $18 - $20 hourly
