About the Position

WatchGuard is seeking a highly capable and adaptable Executive Assistant to join the CEO Office, supporting multiple senior executives and helping drive operational excellence across the leadership team. This role also includes a portion of time dedicatedto office management responsibilities, ensuring the Miami office runs smoothly and efficiently.

This is not a traditional single-executive assistant role. This position is designed for a professional who has grown through operational, program coordination, or business support roles and brings at least two years of direct executive assistance experience. The role combines high-impact executive support with hands-on office management, making it well-suited for someone who thrives in both strategic and operational environments.

You will serve as a force multiplier for leadership - ensuring executives are focused on the highest-value priorities, meetings are intentional and effective, and key asks, initiatives, and small projects move forward with structure and accountability.

You will work closely with the VP of Transformation and partner with other Executive Assistants and leadership team members to enable strong execution, engagement, and alignment across the company.

This role offers exposure to strategic initiatives, executive decision-making, and company-wide programs that shape WatchGuard's future.

This is an on-site role, with preference for candidates based in Miami to support in-person collaboration and alignment with leadership schedules.
