This role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to senior leadership and enterprise priorities while playing a critical role in supporting the effectiveness of the Chairman & CEO and respective office. Successful candidates will gain unique visibility into how enterprise decisions are made and how senior leaders collaborate to drive Prudential forward.

The Executive Assistant will help drive seamless execution by managing complex administrative, operational, and coordination responsibilities while handling highly sensitive and confidential information with discretion and sound judgment. Working closely with executive support colleagues and senior leadership partners, this individual will play an integral role in the day-to-day operations of the Office of the Chairman & CEO.

This role requires a high degree of responsiveness, flexibility, and availability in support of a dynamic executive environment. While most of the responsibilities are performed during regular business hours, occasional support outside of standard hours may be required to accommodate business needs, executive travel, or global engagements.  The individual is expected to adapt to the Chairman & CEO's schedule when necessary to ensure seamless support of CEO Office activities and business needs.

    What you can expect:

    • Coordinate complex calendars across multiple executives, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and changing business needs.
    • Manage extensive domestic and international travel arrangements, itineraries, expense reporting, and logistical support.
    • Support the planning and execution of CEO leadership meetings and offsites, enterprise events, and special projects.
    • Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, representing the Office of the Chairman & CEO with professionalism, discretion and credibility.
    • Partner closely with functional and business groups across the enterprise.
    • Anticipate issues, proactively identify solutions, and drive follow-through on critical initiatives and deliverables.
    • Serve as a tech-forward partner who continuously seeks opportunities to improve operating effectiveness of the Office of the Chairman & CEO through automation, AI, and digital solutions.
    • Collaborate closely with fellow executive assistants, the Chief of Staff, and key business partners to support the operating rhythm of the Office of the Chairman & CEO.

    What you’ll need:

    • Demonstrated success operating in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment requiring exceptional judgment, discretion, and professionalism.
    • Experience supporting senior executives within a large, complex organization is an advantage.
    • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Proven ability to build and maintain trusted relationships across all levels of an organization while working effectively across multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work products.
    • Ability to work independently while exercising sound judgment in ambiguous situations.
