We seek an Executive Assistant to support our Commercial Vice-Presidents in San Jose, CA. This full-time, on-site role involves managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating logistics for events, and preparing presentations and reports.
Responsibilities include arranging travel, interacting with C-level executives and Board members, managing external visitors, handling confidential business details, managing department purchases, and providing backup support to the administrative team.
Ideal candidates should be highly organized, skilled in MS Office, with project management and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently are essential.
Requirements include a minimum of 10 years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably in a Sales/Marketing environment, and a college degree is preferred.
Salary ranges from $104,200 to $149,800.
