Trident Consulting is hiring Executive Assistant

Title: Executive Assistant
Type: W2 Contract
Location: Sunnyvale, CA(Remote)

Pay Rate: $45-$48/hr

We're seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support multiple senior executives (VP level and above) in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage complex executive calendars across multiple time zones
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics
  • Organize leadership meetings, offsites, and team events
  • Manage expenses, budgets, and vendor relationships
  • Provide strategic and operational support to senior leadership
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Preferred Experience:
  • High-tech, startup, or rapidly growing companies
  • Support for Product or Engineering executives
  • Experience with Google Workspace, Slack, Workday, Expensify, Confluence, and Coupa
  • Cybersecurity industry experience is a plus
