Executive & Personal Assistant to COO – J National
Location: Dallas, TX | Full-Time | In-Person Required


J National, a fast-paced and growing commercial property services company, is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Executive & Personal Assistant to support our Chief Operating Officer. This unique role combines business and personal responsibilities, providing vital support to both corporate leadership and Operations.


Key Responsibilities:


Executive Support


  •  Manage calendar, appointments, and scheduling 
  •  Help prioritize emails and follow-ups 
  •  Coordinate meetings and logistics 
  •  Keep track of action items and deadlines 
  •  Assist with travel planning and reservations 
Operations & Administrative Support


  •  Help coordinate internal follow-up between departments 
  •  Assist with reporting, spreadsheets, and presentations 
  •  Support special projects and company initiatives 
  •  Help maintain organization across multiple priorities 
  •  Assist with trade shows, events, and office coordination 
Personal/Executive Assistance


  •  Assist with scheduling personal appointments and errands as needed 
  •  Help coordinate logistics and day-to-day organization 
  •  Be a trusted support person to help keep priorities moving

Preferred Experience


  •  Administrative, Executive Assistant, Office Management, or Coordination experience 
  •  Construction, property management, or service industry experience is a plus 
  •  Experience with AI tools (Chatgpt, Claude) Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel, and scheduling tools preferred
