General Statement of Job Function
The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to the Provost. This role ensures the Provost's office operates efficiently, coordinates complex calendars and events, advances special projects, and serves as a professional liaison to faculty, staff, students, trustees, and external partners. Acting with sound judgment and discretion, the Executive Assistant anticipates needs, manages information flow, and represents the Provost with excellence.

Normal office working conditions, including computer usage, may require occasional standing, walking, long periods of sitting, climbing stairs, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
