We are looking to hire an Executive Chef for the upcoming opening of Aberdeen by Coop de Ville!
This is a brand new space focusing on seafood-forward cuisine including an exceptional oyster bar and a one-of-a-kind cocktail program. We aim to offer a polished atmosphere followed by a lively late night scene, that feels sophisticated, social, and exceptionally unique.
Our ideal candidate:
-A passionate, culinary professional with a minimum of 15 years of kitchen leadership experience
-A creative flair for developing dishes in concert with chef owners
-Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor a diverse team
-Excellent organizational and communication skills
-Ability to plan and meet budgetary guidelines
