With annual sales reaching $12 million—including $3 million in food—they take immense pride in delivering exceptional dining experiences that blend tradition with innovation. The restaurant has recently invested in a complete renovation and the opening of a new bakery and coffee shop, marking an exciting new chapter in its legacy. Supported by a strong operations team and CFO, the vision is to preserve and elevate this establishment for the next 100 years.

What You Will Do

• Culinary Leadership: Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards in menu development, food preparation, and presentation.
• Innovation: Create innovative and seasonally inspired menus that honor the restaurant's heritage while embracing contemporary culinary trends.
• Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
• Operational Excellence: Implement efficient kitchen processes, manage inventory, and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Financial Management: Collaborate with the CFO to manage food costs, budgeting, and financial planning to optimize profitability.
• Strategic Partnership: Work closely with ownership and management to shape the restaurant's strategic direction and future growth initiatives.
• Community Engagement: Act as a brand ambassador, building relationships within the local community and enhancing the restaurant's reputation.

What You Need

• Minimum of 10 years in progressive culinary roles, including at least 5 years as an Executive Chef in high-volume, upscale dining establishments.
• A proven culinary leader that leads by example and is hands-on in the kitchen.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations, financial management, and cost control.
• Exceptional culinary skills with a passion for innovation and quality.
• Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent professional experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with all stakeholders.
