Executive Chef – Upscale Coastal Concept | Savannah, GA

We're representing a well-established, chef-driven restaurant in the heart of Savannah seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead its culinary program. This is a highly visible role within a beloved, high-volume concept known for its elevated approach to Southern cuisine, strong local following, and commitment to quality.

What You'll Do
  • Lead all back-of-house operations, including staffing, training, scheduling, and performance management
  • Drive menu development with a focus on seasonal, locally sourced ingredients and refined Southern/coastal cuisine
  • Maintain and elevate food quality, presentation, and consistency across all service periods (brunch, lunch, dinner)
  • Manage food cost, inventory, and vendor relationships to ensure profitability without compromising quality
  • Foster a positive, professional kitchen culture focused on accountability, growth, and retention
  • Collaborate with ownership and front-of-house leadership to ensure a seamless guest experience
What We're Looking For
  • Proven Executive Chef or strong Chef de Cuisine ready to step up in a high-volume, upscale environment
  • Experience with scratch kitchens and a passion for Southern/coastal cuisine
  • Strong financial acumen with a track record of managing food and labor costs
  • Hands-on leadership style with a focus on team development and culture
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, tourist-driven market like Savannah
  • Culinary creativity balanced with operational discipline
