Purpose
Directs and manages the overall operation of Metro Parks in accordance with Chapter 1545 of the Ohio Revised Code and the By-Laws of the Board of Park Commissioners. Major responsibilities include promoting the vision and fulfilling the mission of Metro Parks; long range planning for the acquisition and development of park lands; strategic planning; overseeing daily operations; employee relations and staff development; community and public relations; project and budget management.
