HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT:

Your Role:

• Executive Director for Enterprise Data, Analytics, and Artificial Intelligence (AI).
• Provides enterprise leadership for data governance, data management, analytics, business intelligence (BI), research analytics, and AI across the health system.
• Establishes the strategy, governance structures, standards, and operational frameworks necessary to ensure organizational data are accurate, trusted, accessible, secure, and utilized effectively to support clinical care, operational excellence, financial stewardship, research, and strategic decision-making.
• In collaboration with executive leadership, clinical operations, finance, research, compliance, legal, privacy, security, and technology teams, ensures data are managed as a strategic organizational asset and analytics, and AI initiatives are implemented responsibly and aligned with organizational priorities.
• Responsible for advancing enterprise capabilities in data governance, data quality, BI, advanced analytics, and AI while fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making.
• Performs miscellaneous duties and fulfills other responsibilities not described expressly herein.

 

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO APPLY:

Required Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, healthcare administration, business administration, data science, analytics, healthcare informatics, or a related field.

Preferred Education:

• Master’s degree in business administration (e.g., Master of Business Administration (MBA)), health administration (e.g., Master of Healthcare Administration (MHA)), information systems, data science, analytics, computer science, or a related field.

Required Experience:

• Ten (10) years of progressive leadership experience in data management, analytics, BI, healthcare informatics, or related disciplines

• Five (5) years of leadership experience managing enterprise-level data, analytics, BI, or information management programs.

• Demonstrated experience leading large-scale strategic initiatives, multidisciplinary teams, and enterprise transformation efforts.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience within a healthcare provider organization, academic medical center, or integrated health system.

• Experience with Epic Cogito, Caboodle, Cosmos, enterprise data platforms, data governance programs, AI governance frameworks, predictive analytics, and advanced analytics solutions.

• Demonstrated success establishing enterprise-wide data governance and analytics programs.
