Providence Real Estate is currently seeking a Skilled Residential Maintenance Technician to join our team at our beautiful apartment community in Northeast Atlanta, GA. This is a full-time opportunity for an experienced technician who prefers a well-run property and consistent standards.
Compensation:$25–$28/hour, depending on experience

Position Overview
- Perform maintenance repairs across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances
- Handle service requests independently and efficiently
- Prepare vacant apartments for new residents
- Maintain common areas, grounds, and building systems
- Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies
- Support a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment
Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- Occasional Saturdays
- Rotating on-call duties
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of residential or apartment maintenance experience
- HVAC certification required
- Ability to troubleshoot issues without constant supervision
- Strong sense of accountability and pride in workmanship
