Service Technician Needed- Luxury Auto Dealership 

Help Wanted: Experienced Automotive Technician – Luxury Dealership

We are a premier luxury automotive dealership seeking a highly skilled and experienced technician to join our elite service team.

Requirements:

• State Certified

• Ford/Lincoln certifications preferred

• Previous dealership experience strongly preferred

• Strong diagnostic and repair skills

• Team-oriented with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction

Responsibilities:

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and accuracy

• Test-drive vehicles and use diagnostic tools/special service equipment

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems including:

  • Engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, A/C, etc.

• Communicate clearly with Service Advisors regarding vehicle status

• Provide accurate time estimates for additional repairs

• Execute warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Service Technician experience required

• ASE Certification required

• A-level qualifications (Diagnostic, Electrical, Engine Repair)

• Broad knowledge of new vehicle technologies

• Strong work ethic and team mindset

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Basic computer proficiency

• Positive, professional attitude

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Willingness to continuously learn and grow

• Ability to use electronic diagnostic equipment

• High school diploma or GED required

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
