North Shore Plate Lunch is a family-owned, fast-paced, authentic Hawaiian BBQ restaurant looking for an experienced, driven, and dependable Leadership Cook to join our growing team. What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a team member who is:

• Experienced in the food service industry
• Self-motivated, organized, and dependable
• A natural leader with a strong work ethic
• Able to perform efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
• Positive, respectful, and committed to creating a great team environment
• Adaptable and capable of handling the daily challenges of restaurant operations
• Willing to learn, follow established systems, and maintain high quality standards
• Customer-focused with a genuine Aloha spirit
• Able to communicate effectively and work well with others

Requirements

• Previous restaurant or commercial kitchen experience required
• Valid Food Handler’s Permit (as required by local jurisdiction)
• Reliable transportation and excellent attendance
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
• Availability to work weekends is required
• Must be available to work alternating opening and closing shifts
