As a Full-Time Experienced Heavy Equipment Operator with Allied Development Group, your day-to-day responsibilities will be both varied and engaging. Each morning, you will start your day with a safety briefing, emphasizing our commitment to a safe work environment. You will operate heavy machinery, including excavators, bulldozers, and backhoes, to support various construction tasks, such as site preparation and grading. You can expect to collaborate closely with project managers and team members, ensuring effective communication and problem-solving throughout the day. Your schedule will be Monday through Friday during the day shift, typically starting early in the morning and finishing in the late afternoon.
Throughout the day, you will perform routine inspections of equipment, maintain operational readiness, and participate in training sessions to enhance your skills. Adapting to changing project demands while maintaining a focus on excellence will be crucial to your success in this role.
To thrive as a Full-Time Experienced Heavy Equipment Operator at Allied Development Group, you will need a solid mix of technical and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in reading and interpreting drawings and layout stakes is essential to ensure precise execution of project plans.
