Description

As an Experienced Manufacturing Engineering Technician here at Honeywell, you will play a key role in supporting manufacturing engineering activities to ensure efficient production processes and high-quality product output. You will work closely with engineering and production teams to implement process improvements, troubleshoot manufacturing issues, and support new product introductions.

You will report directly to our Engineering Manager, and you'll work out of our Lincolnshire, IL location on an onsite work schedule.

In this role, you will impact Honeywell Industrial Automation by enhancing manufacturing processes, driving operational excellence, and contributing to the delivery of innovative automation solutions that improve safety, sustainability, and productivity for our customers.

You Must Have:

  • 3+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a related technical role
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, process improvement methodologies, and quality control principles
  • Proficiency in PCB diagnostics & repair
  • Familiarity with automation technologies, assembly & test equipment, and computer and Microsoft Office experience

We Value:

  • Bachelor's degree or Associate Degree (Diploma) from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
  • Experience in industrial automation or process automation sectors
  • Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies and continuous improvement practices
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

The salary range for this position is ($52,800 - $66,000). Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
