Job Title: Experienced Restaurant General Manager – Breakfast/Daytime Dining
Position Type: Full-Time (50 hours/week minimum, 5 days/week including weekends)
Schedule: 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced, high-energy Restaurant General Manager with a strong background in breakfast and daytime restaurant operations to lead our growing team. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure food quality, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence.
  
  
• Manage shift schedules, labor controls, inventory, and restaurant P&L performance.
  
  
• Recruit, train, and mentor team members, fostering a positive and productive culture.
  
  
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
  
  
• Drive sales growth, operational standards, and guest loyalty.
  
  

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Proven experience as a General Manager in a high-volume restaurant environment, with specific experience in breakfast or brunch operations required.
  
  
• Availability: Must be able to work 5 days a week (minimum 50 hours/week) between 5:00 AM and 3:00 PM, including weekends.
  
  
• Leadership: Strong team-building skills, conflict resolution abilities, and high accountability.
  
  
• Work Ethic: Motivated self-starter with excellent communication and organizational skills.
  
  

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Base Salary
  
  
• Commission: 1% net sales commission (tax-free after 90 days)
  
  
• Paid Time Off (PTO): Earned after 1 year of employment
  
  
• Holidays Off: Closed on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day
