Duties:
- Responding to and troubleshooting maintenance requests involving electrical, plumbing, structural, and equipment repairs
- Performing preventative maintenance and managing work orders through Daikin's CMMS system (x5)
- Supporting laboratory testing activities in accordance with ISO 17025 standards
- Analyzing, troubleshooting, and repairing test rooms, test cells, and facility systems
- Maintaining and servicing chillers and related equipment
- Monitoring and operating the Building Management System (BMS)
- Coordinating and working alongside contractors as needed
- Submitting purchase requisitions for maintenance parts and supplies
- Ensuring compliance with environmental, health, and safety policies
- Assisting with environmental audits and regulatory requirements
- Responding to facility emergencies and supporting after-hours operational needs
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Communicating effectively across departments to support facility operations

Position Requirements:
- Associate degree in an HVAC maintenance-related field or equivalent technical training
- Universal Refrigerant Certification (EPA 608)
- 7+ years of related facilities maintenance experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to obtain and maintain Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) certification
- Strong troubleshooting and repair skills across electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Work authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
