About the OpportunityAs Director of Enterprise Sales, you will manage a portfolio of multinational global prospects, defining the scope of complex travel programs and aligning them with FCM's strategy for large‑market growth. The role is senior within the US Enterprise Sales team and focuses on customer success through the use of FCM's proprietary technology and global expertise.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and project manage the complex sales cycle for Enterprise prospects, maintaining a robust long‑term pipeline and accurate CRM records.Generate and qualify Enterprise prospects across industry sectors, building multilayered relationships over 2–5 year sales cycles.Develop and cultivate senior stakeholder relationships and key decision‑makers across global markets.Plan detailed account acquisition strategies, articulating FCM differentiators and creating compelling value propositions for C‑suite decision‑makers.Collaborate with regional sales teammates and cross‑functional partners to formulate joint strategies for global scale success.Represent the FCM brand at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.Achieve individual financial targets, KPI's, and contribute to Enterprise team goals and overall growth strategy.Manage multinational contract negotiations and ensure seamless handover to onboarding, operational, and business success teams.Promote a safe, inclusive, and accessible work environment for all team members.Experience & Qualifications10+ years in B2B global sales, with at least 2 years acquiring enterprise‑size multinational customers.Existing contacts at flagship companies and proven ability to secure key meetings and close leads.Track record of leading high‑value, complex sales cycles end‑to‑end in corporate travel and technology sectors.Exceptional communication and presentation skills at C‑suite and senior stakeholder levels.Strong contract and commercial negotiation capabilities for high‑value multinational accounts.Proven ability to meet deadlines, exceed revenue targets, and grow account bases.Excellent computer skills (MS Office) and proficiency with sales enablement tools (Salesforce, Highspot, Wrike, RFPIO).Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.Bachelor's degree preferred; outstanding sales experience may substitute.Work PerksFun‑centric culture and a supportive, inclusive environment.Recognition programs such as Buzz Nights and the Global Gathering.Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives and employee resource groups.Opportunities for career growth and professional development.Corporate social responsibility programs and volunteer opportunities.Supportive benefits and a culture that values personal connections.BenefitsCompetitive salary ($130,000+ baseline) with commission/incentive structure based on targets.Paid time off: 15 vacation days (up to 20 after 2 years), 5 sick days, 3 personal days, 1 Diversity Day, 1 Volunteer Day, and 8 recognized holidays.Travel perks and discounts.Comprehensive health and wellness programs, including medical, dental, vision, and gender‑affirming care.Insurance coverage: hospital indemnity, AD&D, critical illness, long‑term and short‑term disability.Flexible Spending Accounts, Employee Assistance Program, and 401(k) with partial match.Tuition reimbursement and employee share plan.Global career opportunities and access to a network of brands and businesses.International and national award nights and conferences.LocationBoston, MassachusettsEqual Opportunity EmployerWe are an affirmative action and equal opportunity employer committed to a barrier‑free hire process.
