A family-owned feed manufacturer with a small, fast-moving leadership team is adding a Feed Manufacturing Plant Manager in Sioux Falls.

Highlights
- Lead the production team and oversee daily operations: production, quality, safety and maintenance
- Lean team with fast decision-making
- Lead continuous-improvement efforts to boost throughput and efficiency
- Responsible for P&L, budgeting and grain procurement
- Write and implement company SOPs
- Degree in Agriculture, Milling Science or Food Science preferred
- Willing to live within a reasonable commute of the mill
- 3+ years of feed milling or food production experience; manager or supervisor experience highly desired

Compensation & benefits
- Base salary $115k-$130k DOE
