We’re partnering with a fast-growing AI infrastructure company building the foundation for the next generation of generative media products. The company provides the tools, model access, and infrastructure that developers and enterprise teams need to move AI-powered image, video, audio, and 3D applications from idea to production at scale.

This is a high-growth, well-funded company operating in one of the fastest-moving categories in technology. The team is looking for a Field Marketing Manager to help expand brand awareness, build community, support sales, and create high-impact market presence across key regions and customer segments.
About the Role
This role sits at the intersection of brand, community, and revenue. You’ll own the strategy and execution of field marketing programs that make the company impossible to ignore in key markets.

From meetups and executive dinners to webinars, roundtables, sponsorships, and community activations, you’ll create experiences that generate pipeline, accelerate deals, and deepen relationships with developers, creators, partners, and enterprise buyers.

You’ll work closely with sales and growth teams, with shared goals and clear ownership of field execution and measurable business impact.
What You’ll Do
Own field marketing end-to-end, including strategy, planning, execution, measurement, and optimization.

Plan and host high-impact experiences such as events, webinars, executive dinners, roundtables, sponsorships, and community activations.

Partner closely with sales to align marketing programs to pipeline generation, deal acceleration, and revenue goals.

Build and nurture local ecosystems across developers, creators, partners, influencers, media, and enterprise technology communities.

Track and report on campaign performance, ROI, pipeline influence, and revenue contribution.

Continuously test, learn, and improve programming based on what drives engagement and business results.
What We’re Looking For
2–5 years of experience in field marketing, growth marketing, community, events, or GTM roles, ideally within a high-growth startup or technical B2B environment.

Strong ability to partner with sales and build marketing programs tied to pipeline goals.

Natural connector who enjoys networking, relationship-building, and representing a company externally.

Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple events, campaigns, and stakeholders at once.

Comfort operating in a fast-moving, high-growth environment where priorities can shift quickly.

Interest in AI, developer tools, infrastructure, generative media, or emerging technology.

Bonus: confident public speaker who is comfortable hosting, moderating, or representing the company at events.
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation range: $150,000–$210,000 OTE, plus equity and comprehensive benefits.

Additional benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, regular team events and offsites, meaningful growth opportunities, and the chance to work on a category-defining product in generative AI.

Relocation support and visa sponsorship are available for candidates moving to San Francisco.
