Job Summary

A GEICO Morris Plains Field Marketing Manager role involves promoting our company's products and services to increase brand awareness and sales, making the insurance industry an exciting world to be a part of.


About the Role

This position requires creating and implementing marketing campaigns to boost sales and product awareness, as well as planning and executing marketing and sales programs, including trade shows and events.


Main Responsibilities

  • Campaign Development: Design and execute marketing strategies to drive sales and product awareness
  • Event Planning: Organize and manage marketing and sales programs, including trade shows and events
  • Sales Generation: Generate leads and drive sales by building and maintaining relationships with customers, retail partners, and internal associates
  • Budget Management: Effectively manage marketing budgets to achieve business objectives
  • Industry Trends: Monitor industry trends, competition, and new opportunities to stay ahead in the market
  • Consumer Data Analysis: Gather and report customer intelligence to inform sales teams and drive business growth
  • Training and Development: Train and develop retail partners and consumers on our products and services
  • Product Demonstrations: Develop and execute creative demonstration events to showcase our products
  • Social Media Management


Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree or higher in Business or Marketing, with some experience in Public Relations or Advertising is preferred
  • 2-3 years of experience in Marketing and Sales, with fluency in Microsoft products and strong communication skills
  • Able to lift 50 pounds when needed, with a valid driver's license, safe driving history, and experience with event planning, execution, and travel
  • Knowledge of marketing strategies and a willingness to build relationships with potential customers through face-to-face interactions at events or retail locations
  • Maintain an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude daily, with a great self-starter mindset
  • Impeccable Driving History with the last 5 Years
