  • Maintain a high level of customer service while explaining basic system issues, observations, or recommendations.
  • Follow all DOT, OSHA, and company safety regulations-especially in confined spaces, slippery environments, and areas with potential hydrocarbon exposure.
  • Respond to emergency service requests and participate in the on-call rotation as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Valid CDL Class A
  • Automatic drivers accepted - no transmission requirement
  • One year of commercial driving experience preferred (military equivalent acceptable).

  • Mechanically inclined and comfortable troubleshooting minor equipment issues.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to document services accurately and follow compliance procedures.
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently.
  • A team player with excellent communication and a strong safety mindset.

  • Long hours behind the wheel plus field work at customer sites.
  • Exposure to heat, cold, rain, and strong odors.
  • Regular work on slippery surfaces, near traffic, and in industrial zones.
  • Schedule flexibility including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and emergency on-call shifts.
