Pay: $24 to $29 per hour WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON Your responsibilities will include a broad mix of equipment and facility systems, including: Light industrial equipment and mechanical systems Pumps, motors, bearings, fans, belts, and drive components Commercial appliances and equipment Basic electrical, control, relay, motor, and equipment troubleshooting Commercial doors, hardware, and operators Plumbing fixtures and minor plumbing repairs General carpentry and building repairs Commercial air compressors, compressor preventive maintenance, including oil, filters, belts, separators, drains, and routine service items Troubleshooting compressor operating issues, leaks, pressure problems, excessive temperatures, and abnormal operation Compressed-air dryers, filters, regulators, drains, piping, and related components Identifying air leaks and compressed-air system deficiencies Equipment installation and replacement Preventive maintenance and facility inspections Work on manufacturer-restricted equipment will be performed within the technician's training and qualifications, with specialized service support used when required.
