    Final Auditor / Source Auditor

    Industry: Manufacturing (Global Aerospace & Defense)

    Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire

    Location: Cleveland, OH 44112

    Available Shifts

    • Weekend Shift: 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday) - 1 opening

    • 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM (Monday - Friday) - 2 openings

    Job Summary

    We are seeking detail-oriented Final Auditors / Source Auditors to join a premier, global aerospace and defense manufacturing facility. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all outgoing materials and production parts strictly adhere to quality standards and standard operating procedures (SOPs). If you have strong visual inspection skills, an eye for technical details, and a commitment to quality compliance, we want to hear from you.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Inspection & Auditing: Perform visual and gauge inspection on outgoing materials and finished production parts to maintain quality standards.

    • SOP Compliance: Read, interpret, and follow Quality Engineering Instructions (QEI), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Quality Assurance (QA) guidelines.

    • Documentation: Utilize specified sampling plans to audit materials and meticulously complete all required paperwork, including audit defect sheets.

    • Problem Solving: Partner closely with the process inspection team to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve quality control issues.

    • Team Communication: Interface effectively with all levels of plant personnel and instruct operators on the proper use and interpretation of quality standards.

    • Safety & Maintenance: Adhere strictly to all company safety protocols, utilize blue dye inspection methods as required, and maintain a clean, organized work area.

    Qualifications & Skills

    • Performance Metrics: Proven ability to finish cores with a 90% quality level and 100% productivity rate.

    • Technical Aptitude: Able to pass internal certification and training programs for visual inspection and dimensional SPC/OPG.

    • Skillset: Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain accurate documentation; excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    • Traits: Must be a self-starter who functions exceptionally well in a fast-paced, team-oriented production environment.

    • Flexibility: Willingness to work overtime, adapt to flexible hours when needed, and perform new tasks or assignments at the request of management.

    • Confidentiality: Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding employee performance information.
