VP, Transaction Manager/Financial Analyst

12 month contract, potential to extend/convert

Hybrid schedule, 4x/week onsite in Houston, TX

Position Requirements:

• 6+ years of relevant experience - Financial Analytics, Financial Services, transaction management
• Experience working with CLOs/CDOs
• Experience working with ABS/MBS is preferred
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Bachelors Degree preferred
• Corporate Trust environment experience preferred

Position Summary

Seeking a Vice President, Corporate Trust Transaction Manager to manage highly complex debt capital markets transactions from initiation through closing. The role will lead transaction documentation and negotiations while coordinating with clients, outside counsel, business development, and internal stakeholders.

Position Responsibilities:

• Manage Complex Transactions - Review highly complex specialized debt capital market transactions/structures, from initiation through closing.
• Lead Deal Negotiations - Partner with outside counsel and in conjunction with Client & Business Development to negotiate transaction structure and terms.
• Own Transaction Documentation - Serve as primary contact for internal and external stakeholders on deal documentation for new and existing transactions.
• Manage Operational & Documentation Risk - Ensure transactions meet required operational and documentation standards throughout the life of the issue.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Experience (SME) - Provide expertise on assigned products or countries, including relevant market developments, competitor activity, regulations, and laws.
