The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the financial health of the organization by managing financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and risk management. This role involves analyzing financial data, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing strategic recommendations to senior management to enhance financial performance and business growth.
Responsibilities:
Develop and oversee financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts to support business objectives.
Prepare and analyze financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Monitor financial performance, identify trends, and provide insights to improve profitability.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and internal policies.
Manage cash flow, investments, and financial risks to optimize the company's financial position.
Collaborate with other departments to improve financial decision-making and efficiency.
Lead and mentor finance team members, providing guidance and professional development.
Liaise with auditors, banks, and other financial institutions as required.
Implement and maintain financial controls and reporting systems.
Assist in strategic planning, cost management, and business expansion initiatives.
Qualifications:
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
Experience: 5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related role, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
Certifications: CPA, CFA, ACCA, or equivalent financial certification is a plus.
