Compensation: The hourly rate for this position is between $35-38 per hour.

- PART TIME ROLE: HM anticipates 10-20 hours per week
- Remote work okay for this role due to PT hours
- Working hours will need to fall during normal business times (8 am 5 pm PST)
- Contract will run ~6 mos from start date
- Bachelor's degree minimum required for this role (in finance, accounting, or related field)
- 2-4 years' experience required in a similar role

Who We're Looking For
- The Global Product Licensing (GPL) team is looking for a detailoriented temporary worker to support key licensing finance and royalty activities. This role will help ensure accurate royalty reporting, invoicing, financial governance, and analysis across our portfolio of licensee partners.
- The ideal candidate brings strong financial acumen, operational rigor, and the ability to work effectively with both internal stakeholders and external business partners.
What You'll Work On
- Validate and reconcile monthly royalty reports submitted by licensees.
- Support licensee royalty invoicing, payment tracking, and followup.
- Monitor contractual financial obligations, including Minimum Royalty Guarantee (MRG) tracking.
- Conduct ad hoc royalty, licensee revenue, and financial analysis.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to licensing financial operations.
Who You'll Work With
- You will work closely with the Global Product Licensing team and external licensee partners to support accurate, timely, and consistent financial operations.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Copilot or similar AIenabled productivity tools is preferred.
- Experience working with third parties and managing external business contacts and relationships.
- Ability to manage recurring financial processes with accuracy and consistency.
- Royalty, licensing, or contract financial governance experience is a plus.
