· <\/span><\/span><\/span> Supporting the Advisor team in providing comprehensive personal financial planning, investment planning and tax services to high -net -worth families and corporate executives<\/span>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span> Managing the new client onboarding process<\/span>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span> Organizing and maintaining client data<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span> Processing client subscriptions of alternative investment documents<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span> Generating ideas and problem solving related to clients’ complex and unique financial matters<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span> Preparing client financial statements and investment performance reports<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span> Preparing investment allocation analyses to help monitor and manage various publicly traded fixed income and equity strategies as well as alternative investment strategies<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span> Preparing client retirement, insurance and estate -planning analyses<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span> Preparing clients’ quarterly tax projections and annual Federal and state income tax returns<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span> Regularly interacting with clients via telephone and face -to -face meetings<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span> 2 – 4 years of experience working within an investment manager/wealth planner preferred but not required<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span> Experience preparing tax returns preferred<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span> Bachelor’s degree required, concentration in Finance, Accounting or related field preferred<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span> Strong organizational, time management and multitasking skills<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span> Excellent written and verbal communication skills within a confidential framework<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span> Proven ability to work independently and within a small team environment<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span> Adaptability, willingness and motivation to learn and apply technical concepts<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span> Proficiency utilizing spreadsheet, word processing and presentation software<\/span>
