This is an excellent opportunity for an analytical professional who enjoys working with budgets, audits, financial reporting, forecasting, and strategic decision support.

• The organization is investing in its finance function and seeking a Financial Analyst who can help provide meaningful insights to leadership, improve budgeting processes, and support key organizational initiatives. This role offers exposure to executive leadership and the opportunity to make a direct impact on financial planning and operational decision-making.

• Reports directly to the CFO

Responsibilities of the Financial Analyst:

• 
  
• Lead and coordinate annual operating and capital budgeting processes across multiple departments
• 
  
• Develop budget models, forecasts, and financial projections to support organizational planning
• 
  
• Prepare and distribute monthly financial and operational reports, including budget-to-actual analyses
• 
  
• Analyze financial statements, key performance indicators, and trends to identify risks and opportunities
• 
  
• Assist with month-end and year-end close activities, including journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations
• 
  
• Support annual audits by preparing schedules, reports, and requested financial documentation
• 
  
• Create financial models and ad hoc analyses to evaluate operational initiatives, new programs, and return-on-investment opportunities
• 
  
• Partner with department leaders to monitor budget performance and explain variances
• 
  
• Monitor capital spending and assist with long-range financial planning initiatives
• 
  
• Present findings and recommendations to finance leadership and other stakeholders
• 
  

Qualifications for the Financial Analyst Role:

• 
  
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required
• 
  
• 3+ years of related work experience
  
  • 
    
  • Strong experience with budget development, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • 
    
  • Audit experience is highly preferred
  • 
    
  
  
• 
  
• Healthcare and/or non profit accounting experience highly desired
• 
  
• Experience using Oracle NetSuite a plus
• 
  
• Intermediate Excel experience required
• 
  
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen and be comfortable with submitting to medical screening or providing vaccination records
• 
  

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm. This position offers a hybrid schedule of 3 days in the office and 2 days remote after training. During the first 30 days, candidates should expect to work onsite while getting up to speed.
Salary: $90,000-$100,000
