Financial Analyst

IDR is seeking a Financial Analyst to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity in Texas. This role offers a chance to support financial operations through data analysis, report review, and insights to facilitate business decision-making in a dynamic corporate environment.

Position Overview for the Financial Analyst:

• Support financial operations by analyzing financial data and reviewing reports
• Provide insights to help drive strategic business decisions
• Work remotely with a high-performing team in a fast-paced setting
• Utilize strong accounting and analytical skills to interpret complex financial information
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives, including familiarity with emerging AI tools

Requirements for the Financial Analyst:

• 3+ years of experience as a Financial Analyst
• Knowledge of general ledger accounting principles
• Reading, interpreting, and analyzing financial statements and reports
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
