Financial Analyst – Elkhart, IN
Location: Elkhart, Indiana
Schedule: Onsite | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $70,000–$85,000 annually (based on experience)
Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join a growing organization in Elkhart, Indiana. The Financial Analyst will support budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling efforts while partnering closely with leadership to drive data-informed decision-making.
This Financial Analyst role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, identifying trends, and providing insights that impact business strategy.
Key Responsibilities of the Financial Analyst
Prepare monthly financial reporting and variance analysis
Assist with annual budget and forecasting processes
Build financial models to support strategic initiatives
Analyze revenue, cost trends, and operational performance
Support leadership with ad hoc reporting and analysis
Maintain financial dashboards and KPIs
Qualifications for the Financial Analyst
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
2–5 years of financial analysis or corporate accounting experience
Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, modeling)
Experience with ERP systems and reporting tools
Strong analytical and communication skills
