Financial Analyst
Salary: $75,000-$85,000 + 15% KPI-based bonus

Key Responsibilities for the Financial Analyst:
- Monitor project budgets, costs, labor, and financial performance
- Perform job costing, cost-benefit analysis, variance analysis, and financial reporting
- Analyze project productivity, KPIs, and cost drivers
- Assist with budgeting and cash flow forecasting
- Partner with sales and operations on strategic planning and budgets
- Identify trends and opportunities to improve project profitability
Qualifications for the Financial Analyst:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 2+ years of Financial Analyst experience
- Financial modeling experience
- Construction/manufacturing, private equity, Sage 100, or Power BI experience preferred
