Responsibilities for a Financial Analyst include but are not limited to:

• Process and review tax-related reporting for international and retirement accounts while ensuring compliance with IRS and state regulatory requirements.

• Manage requests within e-task queues, team email inboxes, and exception reports to support accurate and timely tax form delivery.

• Analyze financial and operational data, perform cost basis updates, and maintain reporting accuracy while meeting strict deadlines and service level agreements (SLAs).

• Participate in tax form testing, production validation, procedure maintenance, and additional operational support projects as assigned.

Candidates for Financial Analyst must meet the following requirements to be considered:

• Proficient PC skills, including Microsoft Office applications, with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

• Demonstrated ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously and effectively manage competing priorities.

• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a proven track record of accuracy, ownership, and meeting business KPIs.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, professional email and phone etiquette, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred.

• Previous operations, financial services, or tax operations experience is a plus.

• Experience working in a regulated environment with strict deadlines preferred.

What's in this Financial Analyst position for you?

• Pay: $24.43/hour

• Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

• Duration: 6-Month Assignment

• Location: Hybrid in Jacksonville, FL

  • Training will be onsite 5 days per week

  • Transition to a hybrid schedule with a minimum of 4 onsite days per week

Pay Details: $24.43 per hour
