Compensation:
  • Base pay starting between $66,300 and $82,900 per year

Job Duties:

The Financial Analyst provides critical support to the finance team by conducting detailed financial analysis and management reporting to guide business decision-making. This role is responsible for analyzing financial data (as well as upstream indicators of that data), preparing forecasts, and identifying trends to help achieve the company’s financial goals. The Financial Analyst collaborates with cross-functional teams to gather financial information, develop budgets, and create insightful management reports. 

Essential (Primary) Functions:  

  • Insights into actions, whereby financial & operational metrics are explored/interpreted & engaged with others to improve business performance. 
  • Regularly prepare a suite of reports for management review including managerial financial statements, bridging, among others. 
  • Collaborate with broader finance, operations teams, and key stakeholders to ensure accurate financial reporting and storytelling. 
  • Partner with others in the administration of an EPM system, OneStream. 
  • Develop financial models and projections to support budgeting, investment, and strategic planning processes. 
  • Assist in ad hoc financial projects, presentations, and analyses as requested by management. 

Associated Functions:  

  • Perform other duties as assigned.  
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field preferred. 
  • 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis or a similar role.
