Key Responsibilities for the Financial Analyst:

• Perform financial analysis on business performance, profitability, costs, and operational results
• Support budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and monthly financial reviews
• Analyze pricing, customer quotes, margins, and business opportunities
• Develop financial models, business cases, forecasts, and scenario analyses
• Prepare financial reports and KPI dashboards for management decision-making
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities

Qualifications for the Financial Analyst:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
• 2-5 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, controlling, FP&A, or related finance functions
• Advanced Excel skills with experience building financial models and performing data analysis
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and ERP systems such as SAP preferred
