What You Will Do
Develop and implement financial planning strategies for product offerings, enhancing user experience and engagement.
Utilize advanced AI technologies, including OpenAI and Large Language Models, to improve financial forecasting and analysis.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams using tools like Notion and Slack to streamline workflows and enhance communication.
Analyze user data and feedback to optimize financial products and services, driving user satisfaction and retention.
Conduct regular assessments of financial performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Ideal Candidate Background
5–10 years of experience in financial planning or a related field, with a strong understanding of product finance.
Proficiency in leveraging AI tools and technologies, particularly in the context of financial services.
Experience with financial software such as eMoney to support client needs and product development.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Preferred
Familiarity with cryptocurrency markets and tax implications related to crypto investments.
Experience working in a startup environment, particularly within the fintech or crypto sectors.
Knowledge of product management principles and practices.
Compensation and Benefits
The base salary for this role ranges from $138K to $190K, reflecting the importance of this position within the company. In addition to competitive compensation, the company offers a dynamic work environment and opportunities for professional growth.
