    Financial Services Representative

    Employment Type: Full-Time, Part Time, Contract

    Position Overview

    We are seeking a motivated and professional Financial Services Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will work directly with individuals and families to help them understand financial strategies related to protection planning, retirement planning, and long-term wealth development.

    This position is ideal for candidates who are client-focused, growth-oriented, and interested in building a career in financial services.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Meet with prospective clients to assess financial goals and needs
    • Educate clients on available financial protection and retirement strategies
    • Present customized financial solutions based on client objectives
    • Maintain ongoing relationships and provide client service support
    • Complete required documentation and ensure compliance standards are met
    • Participate in training and professional development programs
    • Collaborate with team members and leadership to achieve performance goals

    Qualifications

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Professional demeanor and ethical mindset
    • Self-motivated with strong time management skills
    • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
    • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred but not required)
    • Must be eligible to obtain required state licensing (if not already licensed)

    Preferred (Not Required)

    • Background in sales, customer service, banking, or financial services
    • Active Life & Health Insurance License or willingness to obtain
    • Experience working with clients in a consultative environment
